PotPlayer Installation

1. PotPlayer Download:

  1. Start by visiting the PotPlayer website and clicking on the “64-bit Download” link.
  2. Once the download is complete, open the downloaded file by clicking on it.
  3. You may be prompted to allow PotPlayer to make changes to your PC. Click “Yes” to proceed.
  4. Select your preferred language (e.g., English) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
  5. During the installation, you may be presented with additional software options. Decline them if you’re not interested.
  6. Once the installation is finished, click “Close” to exit the setup wizard.

2. Pin PotPlayer to Taskbar:

3. Open and Customize PotPlayer:

  6. To remove subtitles, go to the “Subtitles” menu and unselect “Show Subtitles.”
  7. Press the Spacebar again to resume playback.

4. Advanced Playback Controls:

  1. To go frame by frame, click on the background of the video.
  2. Use the “F” key to advance forward frame by frame, and the “D” key to go back.
  3. Ensure that you’ve clicked on the video before using the frame by frame controls.
  4. Hold down the “F” key to continuously advance forward through the video.
